Pecan Bars!

Made them last night and they were TASTY! ... but I'm a lazy blogger who did not take pictures of the process! Haha just trying to keep you up to date with what I've been baking! Up next either banana bread or carrot cake cupcakes which I will provide a recipe and pictures!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars...

... were AMAZING!!!

I had three of them today, and I wanted to eat the whole pan! They were just like peanut butter pie, but much lighter... hence how I was able to eat three of them and still want more! I'm going to get so sick off these, I must get rid of them! They are so good you won't want them around! ; )

Brownies, ice cream, and no bake PB squares!

Hey everyone! I've actually been baking, it's amazing!

I made brownies (yeeeah from a box, but it's better than nothing!) on Saturday. I tweaked the box a little bit to make what I think are the perfect brownies, which we ate with another batch of homemade vanilla ice cream! We used the same recipe as before, but this time we added chocolate chips to the mix, yummy!

Then today, my mom really want a peanut butter cup, so I went to the kitchen! I made a batch of no bake peanut butter cup bars, but since they have to set for three hours, we won't get to try them until tomorrow, darn!

I hope to be hanging with my friends this weekend, so hopefully more good treats are on the way!

Bakeoff!

Woo what a weekend! So yesterday I spent all day baking a cheesecake, toffee bars, and mint cookies for our towns annual bake off. I didn't win any ribbons, but I got third place for peoples choice for my toffee bars, which made me really happy! My mom was a big winner though! She got one first place ribbon, one second place ribbon, and two third place ribbons. Annnd, she also won best in show and won first and second in peoples choice award! Here are my "Triple Chocolate Toffee Bars" they won third place from the peoples choice award. Yay thank you everyone!


These are my famous signature mint cookies. Everyone wants the recipe, but I'm not going to give them out... yet! "Better Than Thin Mint Cookies" : )


"Don't You Want Smore Cheesecake?" It tasted soooo good if I don't say so myself! The crust was kinda tough though, so I will improve it and make it greater!

It was a fun bakeoff, and probably my last one for a while for I will be at college next year, but I will keep searching for great recipes to enter whenever I will be back to enter! : )
